My role involved coordinating teams, overseeing production, and ensuring successful delivery. I have contributed to various key projects.
- For LVMH, I created promotional visuals for the "Tips to the Top" podcast, managing the project through the phases of scoping, production coordination, technical and functional testing, and delivery.
- For the RATP, I developed a showcase website highlighting the company's commitments to users, as well as enhanced the RATP Group's website by creating a newsroom for communicating group initiatives.
- I wrote the functional specification document for a redesign of the institutional site for La Poste Group.
